Katie Walker

Katie Walker is an actress, producer, author, and public speaker with a heart to empower men and women to walk in their purpose. Katie was the supporting lead in the powerful feature film 8 DAYS. The film has been shown in over 56 countries around the world bringing awareness to the crime of child sex trafficking in the United States. She has partnered with the nonprofit Sharetogethernow and the film company After Eden Pictures to produce a brand new docuseries to continue fighting this evil crime. Katie recently completed the feature film, Because of Gracia, which premiered nationally and internationally on TBN, and produced the short film, My Father’s Son, by Los Angeles director, Kyle Clements. She starred in a dark comedy R.I.P., directed by Hannah Dorsett which is currently touring the film festival circuit. She is also actively writing an upcoming TV series with Philipa Booyens about repentance and atonement. She travels around the nation speaking in schools, churches, and conferences to encourage and inspire women in their walk with Jesus. Katie is also a teacher for The Passion Translation online Bible study. Katie uses her social platform to share daily devotionals. She lives in Shreveport, LA with her husband Todd Walker and their four children.

Philipa A. Booyens

As the Creative Vice President of After Eden Pictures, Philipa grew up modeling, acting and working at her family agency in Franklin, Tennessee. An All-American in track and field, this cover girl was also a Jr. Olympic record holder, gold medalist and a collegiate scholarship athlete before becoming a published author and co-writing the Dove Award nominated feature film, I’m Not Ashamed. Philipa is also the screenwriter of the feature film 8 DAYS, which was made to fight human trafficking in the USA and has been featured on numerous radio and television shows and has supported over 70 anti-trafficking organizations. Philipa is a sought after speaker for schools, churches and events and has a passion to transform culture for God’s kingdom through stories that inspire and commission people to be who God called them to be.
